Delivery & Returns

We want every poster to reach you in great condition. This page explains delivery, cancellations and returns for physical posters. A matching digital download is included with each physical poster purchase; it is not sold separately.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is free on every poster. We aim to deliver within 3–4 working days after your order is confirmed. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. If there is a delay, please contact us at soccerposterco@gmail.com with your order number.

We currently offer delivery to UK addresses only.

Your digital download

Your purchase also includes a digital JPG of the same poster. After payment, a download link will become available in your order confirmation and, if you have an account, under Downloads in your account. If the link does not work, email soccerposterco@gmail.com with your order number. The digital file is an included part of the physical poster order, not a separate product.

Change-of-mind cancellations and returns

For standard, non-personalised posters bought online, you can tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the poster, without giving a reason. Email soccerposterco@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the poster back. We will reply with the return instructions and address.

Please package the poster securely. You are responsible for the cost of returning a change-of-mind order. You may inspect the poster as you would in a shop, but we may deduct any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

We will refund the amount paid for the poster, including the standard outward delivery charge where one was paid (our current UK standard delivery is free). We will issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned poster or evidence that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier. Downloading the included digital file does not remove your statutory rights in relation to the physical poster.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect posters

If your poster arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, contact soccerposterco@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful if available. We will explain the next steps and cover reasonable return postage where a return is needed. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
